Delete your YouGardenPlan account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

From the app

Open YouGardenPlan and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple will ask you to confirm once more, so the permission you gave the app is withdrawn too.

If you no longer have the app

Email yougardenplan@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your account and your access.
All your gardens, with their areas, plants, feeds, ideas, conversations, plans and sketches.
The suggestions you sent us.
Your usage counters.

What is kept

Only the cost records of the generations, with nothing that identifies you. We need them for our accounts.
